Our Team
Annie & Steve Zolman
Meet the Founders
In 2014, our baby Adam was diagnosed with CDH. Our initial conversations with doctors gave us very little hope. However, thanks to excellent care, Adam is now a happy healthy boy! We founded Tiny Hero to empower families by providing crucial information and hope.
Linda George
Director of Development & Operations
I’m Linda, the Director of Development & Operations at Tiny Hero. I have been with the team since 2020. I first learned about CDH when I began working with the Zolman’s. I spent a lot of time with Adam and learned about his journey and everything he went through.
Getting to know their family and hearing their story gave me a deeper understanding of what CDH families experience and why support matters so much.
Outside of Tiny Hero, my family and I love to travel, especially to Disney and the beach. We’re always looking for our next adventure and love making memories together!
Kaytlin Weaver
Marketing Director
Kaytlin joined the Tiny Hero team in June of 2023 as the Social Media Manager, and has recently taken on the role of Marketing Director.
Kaytlin has a bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing from Utah Valley University. Before joining Tiny Hero, Kaytlin worked in Influencer and Social Media Marketing for nearly 3 years.
By nature, Kaytlin is a storyteller. She has found her passion in helping to share the stories of our Tiny Heroes and build awareness for CDH families.
In her free time, you can usually find her reading, writing, arranging flowers, baking, crafting, doing nails, or spending time with her friends and family.
Alyssa Sosnik
Events & Fundraising Manager
Alyssa has been with Tiny Hero since 2023. She specializes in fundraising programs and manages Team Tiny Hero, the peer-to-peer fundraising program of Tiny Hero.
As a CDH mama herself, she is honored to serve the organization that was so instrumental in providing her family with hope.
She has over 15 years of experience in non-profit, including fundraising programs, events management, and volunteer engagement.
Alyssa loves the performing arts, cooking/baking, crochet, and enjoying time with her family and dogs.
Nicole Johnston
Outreach and Race Program Manager
Nicole has been part of the Tiny Hero family since 2021, first volunteering with events and now serving as the Ambassador and Race Program Manager.
Nicole loves connecting with CDH families, hearing their stories, and helping families feel supported and connected throughout their journey. She is available to answer questions, offer encouragement, and connect families with others in the community walking a similar journey.
As Race Program Manager, Nicole enjoys bringing the Tiny Hero community together through races and events that raise awareness and support for families affected by CDH. Interested in bringing a Tiny Hero race to your area? Nicole would love to help you get started!
Most importantly, Nicole is a wife and mom of two sons, one born with CDH, giving her a personal connection to the families and mission she serves. She is grateful to be part of a community that turns difficult journeys into connection, hope, and support.
Latricia Hanna
Community Engagement Coordinator
Hi! I’m Latricia Hanna, also known as Vaughn’s mom!
Vaughn is a 4 year old CDH warrior and we found Tiny Hero on diagnosis day.
I’m so excited to be joining the team as the Community Engagement Coordinator.
I hope to be a familiar face in the support group and an open inbox, always. What a way to bring real hope and I’m so passionate about Tiny Hero’s mission.
